The Piedmont Chapter will be hosting the 2027 NARGS AGM in Raleigh, based at the McKimmon Center on the NC State campus. Please check back here for news on all the details as they are finalized. We have an exciting lineup of speakers, trips to outstanding public and private gardens, and botanizing trips planned. 

Registration for the Pretour with Zac Hill and Ryan Keating, the AGM, and housing in campus apartments will all be here, starting February 1, 2027.

 

NARGS Pre-conference Tour, June 3 – 5, 2027

First stop, Charlotte, North Carolina for a tour of the 350-acre Bartlett Tree Research Laboratories and Arboretum including crevice garden installations built by Ryan Keating. Next up, two nights in the mountains, botanizing along the Blue Ridge Parkway, including Craggy Gardens and Mount Mitchell
Specific destinations depend on road and weather conditions
